For adults 18+ who reside in Maryland, Maryland’s Department of Service and Civic Innovation’s (DSCI) service programs offer paid, real-world professional work experience in a supportive environment where you can grow your skills, discover new career pathways, and make a meaningful impact across Maryland.

Gain real-world experience earning at least $15/hour and working a minimum of 30 hours/week.Make an impact in your community within a role that matches your interests at an organization—such as a nonprofit, for-profit business, government agency, or school.
